A year ago, OpenAI introduced ChatGPT, a generative artificial intelligence that surprised users with the fluidity of its human-machine dialogue. Since then, OpenAI has claimed a user base of 100 million per week for its AI solutions<\/strong>, although there has been some disruption to the company’s management.<\/p>\n

BCG recently published a study on the subject, revealing that 52% of executives discourage the use of generative AI in their companies due to a lack of confidence in the technology and an absence of a clear strategy. Employees have also expressed fears about the impact of generative AI on their skills and jobs<\/strong>. For example, a survey conducted by SFL showed that employees feared that AI would not only generate documents that they would then have to correct, but that it would also eliminate clerical jobs.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

ChatGPT is proof that generative AI is a powerful technology, but one that raises equally important questions<\/strong>, especially for companies wishing to integrate AI into their organization.<\/p>\n
